Chances are, you've seen the viral TikTok of the grated egg. Pretty much everyone out there has put their own spin on it... so I did too.
I absolutely LOVE this recipe for one main reason - it is quick and easy (ok, so two I guess).
Even if you don't like hard-boiled eggs, I think you can learn to love this breakfast. A hard-boiled egg is going to fill you up MORE than a fried egg because hard-boiled eggs have a lower caloric density (fill you up more for fewer calories based on higher water content). Another example of high vs. low caloric density would be raisins vs. grapes, respectively. A handful of grapes will fill you up wayyy more than a handful of raisins.
Without further ado, here's how I make my grated egg breakfast!

Ingredients:
English muffin (ideally whole wheat)
Trader Joe's Individual Guacamole
Hard-boiled egg (1-2, pictured above is 1 egg)
Everything but the Bagel seasoning
Cholula or other hot sauce
To make this, all you have to do is toast the English muffin, spread the guacamole (I use TJ's, but you can use plain avocado or any individual pre-packaged guacamole), grate the egg, top with seasoning and hot sauce! Macros posted below (using half the guacamole packet*).
For more protein and to fill me up more, sometimes I will eat an additional hard-boiled egg.

Tips:
- I use about 1/2 of the guacamole packet most of the time, but if I'm eating it post-workout, I will use the whole packet. If I don't want it all on the muffine, I will eat the remainder with some carrots!
- When grating the egg, try your best to go slow. The faster to try to go, the more likely it is that you will crush the egg in your hand
- If you like avocado, that's definitely an option over the guacamole. I personally like the guacamole better because plain avocado does not taste good to me (sorry not sorry)
